From national schools to coastal amenity buildings, each project below was manufactured in our Roscommon factory and assembled on site in days — most for public sector clients.

A complete 1,000 m² modular school for the Department of Education, opened in Birr, Co. Offaly in February 2024. Classrooms, library, staff and shared spaces — manufactured as finished volumetric units, craned into place and weathertight within days.

A 2,500 m² special educational needs building for one of Munster's most historic schools — six SEN classroom bases, science and construction studies rooms, activity zones and breakout spaces, delivered for the Department of Education and Youth on an accelerated programme.
Appointed in September 2024; on site in January 2025; modules arriving that April; first students in September 2025. With 87% of the building prefabricated in Roscommon, the press called it a template for rapid builds across Ireland.
